January 6th.
The Insurrection.
"It Was A Day Of Love!"
Former President Donald Trump

This site is a work in progress and will not be fully complete until Jan 18th, but releasing it today because of the significance. Please be kind about any issues, especially in mobile since that is what I work on last.
But for today, it will not be memory holed.

Senator Ron Johnson (R)

"By and large, it was peaceful protest, except for there were a number of people, basically agitators that whipped the crowd and breached the Capitol. That's really the truth of what's happening here,"

This site stands to show that what was said above stands in stark contrast to what happened on Jan 6th. The videos in this site were all taken from social media channels that day and the next.

We are also including a section on the January 6th Committee.
We will update that this week as media becomes available.

You can make your decision from here.

The Insurrection.

Videos.

The media plays the same videos over and over. Some media plays none at all. This site is meant to help people see what really happened on Jan 6th from the eyes of the people and journalists that were there. These are videos from the people who participated. These are the videos that were posted that day across social media channels. Most were posted by true believers, not press.

Want to see more?

There were many videos collected that day. Too many to show on one site. If you would like to view a large collection of the videos yourself, you will find them here.

All In-Person Photos & Videos are from Jan 5th-Jan 6th.

Was it a peaceful protest?
You be the judge.

Many of these items were dumped quickly into online repositories that day without proper attribution. If you are a member of the press or a freelance journalist and see one of your photos without proper attribution, contact us and we will link to your information.

This site has no monetization plan, so we are not making money from your work. This was created just for the historical record.

FROM PRO-PUBLICA
“As supporters of President Donald Trump took part in a violent riot at the Capitol, users of the social media service Parler posted videos of themselves and others joining the fray. ProPublica reviewed thousands of videos uploaded publicly to the service that were archived by a programmer before Parler was taken offline by its web host. Below is a collection of more than 500 videos that ProPublica determined were taken during the events of Jan. 6 and were relevant and newsworthy. Taken together, they provide one of the most comprehensive records of a dark event in American history through the eyes of those who took part.”
